(Tuesday June 14) The Reapers lost their 2nd game of the season, bringing their record on the year to 10-2-2. They lost to the Park Crusaders 4-3, both losses this year was to the Crusaders. The final result could have been different if they had a couple more players on the bench, as they were out manned in this contest.
Making his first start in net and is the 7th Reaper in history to go in net in BHE was Nathan Stern. Nate was a little rusty at first, as it as been a few years since his last start in juniors. After shaking off the rust he kept the Reapers in the game, giving the club a chance for the win. He did what the clubs starting goalie (Danny Volney) hasn’t done yet, get an assist.
